Do any parts interchange between the 4.2/5.0 and 5.6 engines?
Any parts interchangable?
Also wondering if the cylinder heads from the 4.2L and 5.0 4 cam V8's from the 420E/500E's fit the 5.6 SOHC valve motors used on the 560SL/SEL's? Were the heads AMG used on the Hammer something they had cast for just the Hammer cars, or were they a modified MB cylinder head? Thanks.
