Red face 85300dturbo no lights, noshut off at switch

Couple weeks ago I lost all lights ,check all fuses, replaced one relay, still no lights. Decided to look at the light switch, looked fine but replaced anyway. During the replacement Ididn`t cut the current and grounded the new switch on reinstall(sparks) Now i got new switch wired correctly and all lights except headlights. Headlights will work if i pull combination switch and leave pulled back, sure makes for a sore hand, and makes it hard to steer and drink coffee on morning commute.Next thing that stopped working was ignition shutoff, got to manually do that. To top it all off door locks stopped working too ! Any clues, advise, or jokes would be appreciated . I love my got free 300d .

Possibly 2 bad headlight bulbs.
Door locks and shut-off problem usually due to a bad vacuum leak, check all the lines by the oil filter. Or vacuum pump, but you'd have lost power brakes if that was it.

Gilly, thanks for replying. You were my first reply dude. The vacuum thing seems right ,although my brakes are fine. I`ll keep searching.

Thumbs up found problem (door locks, shut off ) still no lights

This morning I went about my normal routine of opening hood to shut down and decide to browse about fire wall and engine compartment near oil filter , there i found the needle in the haystack ! Green and yellow vac tube slipped off , I slipped her back on and she coughed once and shut down. checked door locks while my luck seemed favorable ....worked like brand new, even got rid of alful bang of gears in tranny... Funny thing about all this was all the problems I thought I had came from such a small simple fix ! Well I`ll keep searchin for my light problem . anyone got answer about that would love to hear from ya, thanks and God bless, gggggggggggggot free man!
