W124 1991 300E Keyless Entry Question

I just bought a keyless entry system from Ebay, which was specifically made for W124 cars. I have enclosed the wiring diagram. My question is this, when I activate the keyless entry(it has a 4 second pulse), will that automatically disarm the alarm? Or will I have to add some type of relays to do this. IF I do have to add any relays, can someone tell me what type, and where in the wiring would they go. How does the factory alarm arm and disarm itself, throught the ignition or through just the door locks? IF it is through the door locks, how does it know whether a key was used to open the lock, or if it was opened manually? Any help is much appreciated....

I hooked up the keyless entry, but had to unhook my factory alarm because when i used the keyless to open the doors, the alarmwould go off when I started the car. Does anyone know what I have to do in order to keep the factory alarm on with the keyless entry. Thanks
