Smog Trouble
 

Murphy's law has struck again. Just finished replacing three window motors, Heater mono-valve, and even a new head gasket. Start the car up and the @#%$#*# smog pump freezes up, melts the belt, and I'm done. Does anyone know where I can get a smog pump for a 1993 300SE on the cheap. I didn't even have the last one hooked up and operational, just need one for the belt to run on.

I'm really looking for a used/remanufactured unit, not a $600 new pump.(thats kinda outta my college aged budget)

Yea, i saw that but the smog pump is specific for the 92-93 300SE
