Interior lights don't work
I was driving the '94 E320 home last night and noticed that none of my interior lights were working. All of the exterior lghts are on. I couldn't find a rheostat on this model to dim or brighten the lights. My first thought was that it had gone out and caused all of the interior lights to go. Fuses look fine as well.
Thanks in advance. Dave |
I'm not too familiar with that model. Does it have daytime driving lights and/or automatic lights? There may be a switch to still turn on for night driving.

I believe there is a switch on the dome light that you can use to shut the interior lights off.

on my 87 the adjuster is the button that you would push to reset the trip meter, twist it instead of pushing it and see if that does anything, also depending on what lights are out there should also be a fuse behind the cluster that could have blown (happened in my friends 88 300 e) however these things all apply to older models so im not sure about yours... hope this helps some

you can try rotating the rheostat knob on the cluster window, moving the dome light switch or remove and closely check the fuse.

the interior upper lamp does not control dash & cluster lamps only interior& entry lamps./..
