Howdy,
I have searched the forum on this sight and have found a troubleshooting tips but still cant get it to shift.

I have replaced the modulator and the vacuum is good. I pulled the K1 and K2 springs to see if they were broken--seem OK.

Replaced fluid and filter. Read a posting here about checking the B2 piston without pulling the transmission , but I couldnt get things to move far enough to gain access.

Shifts great 1-2 and then just hangs out and will redline if you put your foot in it. Tried adjusting linkage per another post on this forum. I could get the 1-2 shift to change....but never get to high gear.

Before I bite the bullet with a new tranny( the cars way to kewl not to keep it) does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a solenoid I need to check that controls downshifts on this car?
