W124 Oil Pressure Sending Unit Replacement

Hello,
I have found that my Oil Pressure Gauge on my 1992 300E (aka "Black Beauty")is pinned at "Zero". I took "Black Beauty" to Mercedes Benz of Naples for an estimate to have it remedied. They told me that "after removing the instrument cluster and troubleshooting the system that the Oil Pressure Sending Unit was kaput. They estimated over $300 to do the job.
I would like to do the work myself. I have located the Oil Pressure Sending Unit next to the Oil Filter but the work space is extremely limited.
Before I order the part (approx $53) I would like acquire instructions on the DIY for its replacement.
Would anyone be so kind as to help me?
I would greatly appreciate any anticipated assistance.
