420 SEL master cylinder confusion

I had the rusty line problem and replaced the fuel and rear brake lines. Now I can't bleed the rears. I searched the forum and all the hits talk about the small chamber for the rear brakes. The Mitchell manual says the ABS markings "H" and "h" are for the rear brakes but the line from the m/c that goes to "H" is the front, under the large section of the reservoir. Is the reservoir cross-connected in the bottom or the master cylinder cross-drilled? I'm getting absolutely nothing out of the rear brake port.

I had the same problem. You must fill the master cyl. to the top and shake the chamber so fluid gets into the rear of the chamber.Keep filling the chamber and put a rag over the top of the chamber cap.
