400e Engine stumbles

92 400e w/ 160K mi. Starts up first thing in the AM after sitting overnight just fine. I pull out of the garage/Driveway and everything is still okay. However when I press more on the accelerator to get up to speed, it hesitates/stumbles a little. Only once and only first thing.
Could this be my fuel pump going south? When it happens its a pretty noticable hiccup
