Hi,

Is it a vacuum hose that comes out of the FPR and hooks into a plastic nipple on a Y shaped hose that goes to the ICV ???? On my 93 190e 2.3 it doesn't look like a vacumm hose and it is very loose. Please advise. Thanks

Yes, it's a vacuum hose.

Thanks. I guess that is where my idle problems are coming from because the one that is currently installed is loose rubber hose. This vacuum loss is probably the cause of my idle issues.
