W123 emergency indicator/flasher issue...
 

so.. I have the buzzing relay issue under the centre console ,it only occurs when I throw the emergency flasher switch... I've swopped in a NEW relay, cleaned my switch (which works perfectly in my W201 190D) and tried 2 known working switches from other cars.. still have the buzzing... so, I measured the voltage reaching the relay, there is only 12v reaching it (it comes in via pin 49) when the switch is thrown, is this correct?
Any help appreciated!

the only fix i have ever found in the 123 is switching out the flasher switch. although i have taken one partially apart and got it to work by cleaning it.
