Handsfrisett

Problem with standerd handsfrisett in my 99 mod. S klass. ( W220 )
No one can hear me, but i hear incoming cal clearly !
Maybe mic rophon for the handsfrisett is out of order ?
Where can i found the microphon in my car ??

Try a different handset (Handi/Handy?) and see if the problem goes away.
