1990 560sel rear coil spring removal

as i have mentioned my 560sel has been modified, the previous owner took out the pneumatic shocks and put in standard and some red coil springs. i am putting some 380 rear coil springs in this weekend i just need to know what to loosen to gfet the springs out i do not have a spring compressor.
