Removing inner door panel on an 81 380SLC

I have read the advice about removing the inner door panel for other MBs but I am still having trouble with the 380 SLC. Can anyone help me? Got to get to the door hinge and also find the leak in the vacuum.

Hi

I waas wondering if you can help me, Can you tell me where what switches go on the centre console near the gear stick, eg, the hazard is in the midlle, waht are the switches either side to it and above , thanks
