Where is the ASR in 99 ML320

Dear Lee

Would you please shed some light on where can I find the ASR in my 99 ML320? I try to replace the brake fluid and need to replace the fluid in ASR also.

Thank you

But whay about the rubber components in the brake system?

Flushing doesn't seem to extend their life much.

On my off road use Gurkha I flush my brake clutch and diff lock fluids every year as it goes through lots of deep water and mud. On my cars its every two years along with coolant flush. I hardly get any seal related issues. The front pads on my Gurkha have done 90,000 miles and still have 35% left. Same goes for my cars, both the Accord and 300TD have had pads that lasted close to 100,000 miles.

You must not live in the city...lol. In LA, brake pads last about 25k miles.

Hi Jonathan1,

I live in NY suburbs.....I just brake light. The Gurkha is in India and primarily sees off road use.
