Just got a 94 C280 with 100K, all seems ok but the cruise will act like it is shutting off and then pick back up again. A few times it has shut down completely. The engine runs OK but there is a slight hesitation on acceleration at times and the tachometer reads good at idle but about double @2500 rpm. Don’t know if any or all of this is related but it wouldn’t surprise me if it were some sensor or something like that.
Any advice would be helpful.
Also, does anyone know if there is a service manual available?
