SeatBelt light and dinging ?? help please

Just installed seat covers in my 91 500 sl and now I got a seatbelt light on dash and dinging every once in awhile. I looked around to see if I had knocked a wire harness loose, but I'm not 100% familar with my car yet, any idea ? I have narrowed the dinging down to the Passenger side. Tried clipping both belts in and no difference. I'd hate to pay someone $$ to fix a simple thing, especially with a mercedes issue

Look underneath for something unplugged.

Roger, you were right, I moved seat forward then felt around the backside underneath and sure enough there was a wire harness (2wires) that somehow fell out of the connector, must have been when I was latching a strap around the seat when installing the seat covers. thankyou, saved a little money this round
