Looking to buy 91 560 SEL

Hello Everyone:

I am looking at a 1991 560 SEL. It has 190,000 miles on it. Body is clean. My mechanic is selling it for one of his customers, he has worked on it for many years and says it is in good shape. Owner is asking 5,000 for it. Any comments, suggestions, things to look at?

probably at least 1k overpriced..unless there are impeccable service records
