Unhappy A-160 Air Cond Failure

I am suffering of the air cond problem that I am facing recently. Hope you guys can provide some advice on this matter.

I am using A-160 (year 2000), and the air cond is working intermittent. When the car car is start and keep stagnant without pressing the fuel pedal, the air cond definitely working well. But when I am pressing the fuel pedal, the air cond is no longer cool with just the normal air blowing out. After waiting for a few minutes, the air cond will work again. When I am using at normal day, the air cond will only work for awhile (less than minute) then will be off. After few more minutes will turn on again ad same problem repeated. May I know what will be the problem? Besides, when there is a heavy rain, the air cond will work perfectly when it is using on the road.

Thank you.
