name for the foam between battery and seat

On my 00 E430, w210 series, the battery is under the rear passenger side seat.
when I lift off the seat, there's a thin layer of foam/cushion that is covered with think plastic on both ends.
My assumption is it's there to absorb water incase water is spilled on the seat so that the electronics under the seat doesnt get soaked etc.
I need to change that because it's deteriorated. I called up the dealer parts dept. but they didnt know what the part number is or what it is called.
if someone could give me the name or the part # for it, I could then order it.
thanks in advance.

For the C280 I saw some accessories stores offering a "battery mat".
Could't this one be also a non Mercedes part?

yea,
I took both portions the back and bottom off yesterday. Turns out this piece is behind the whole seating area starting from where the head rests are all the way to where the battery area is.
