E320 manual / 5speed transmission conversion
 

Hi all
I was hopin there were some folks out there willing to share what they know about the prospect of installing a 5speed transmission into a 1995 E320 wagon. I understand that the driveshaft is a different length, there is an ECU connector to reduce load during shifts and thats about all I can gather. I do not know :
What models have transmissions that fit
what models can donate a bolt in pedal cluster
does the flywheel /clutch bolt up, trans input shaft just right?
what else does one need?
what else to consider?
