blower motor

I have a 2000 Mercedes S430 and when i try to use the A/C or heater no air comes out of the vents. Is there a fuse or relay i can check for the blower motor, if so where are they located or is it the blower motor itself that is no good ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
