, Standing in front of the hood on the right hand side of the motor, its leaking from under the????????![]() Not for sure if its the water pump or thremosacts housing. Can any one help me with this problem. Kinda want a little light on the issue before going in.

describe the part that is leaking with more description,
is the radiator top hose going into it? if you use the search there is a russian language site that has all the diagrams of all the modern MB road cars. |

Its on the front right side on the motor near the top, a hose goes to the reserve tank, and a big hose goes to the radiator. Its looks to be a thermostat housing????

has to be the thermo housing and when you get a new MB oem thermostat it comes with an O-ring for the housing.
also hoses and clamps need to be inspected that go into it, they may be needing a change out. the hoses last a long time on these cars - but if you have a leak check them carefuly |

Looked at it today its has a nice stream of antifreeze coming from under the water pump. Is this the tell tell sign for a new water pump???? How hard is it to change???? I have replaced them on gmc/chevy but never a mb, I know a mb is nothing like a gmc.
