The strip fuse is for the ACC blower motor. Often overlooked when troubleshooting blower motor issues and sometimes develops a hairline crack. Do a search and you learn volumes.

Well it has a hairline crack and I hope that's the cause of intermittent ACC blower fan operation, that would be a relief.

Its a cheap fix, the part costs less than two bucks.

sometimes that external fuse on the 190 is for the rear window defrost, but can also be as stated above for the blower
