Only hot air!

My 230 E 1989 salon has a heating problem.
When you put the fan on cold it just blows out hot air. Even when you turn off the vents the very hot air is trying to get out which makes the dash very warm.

Any one have any ideas how to solve this?

Your duo valve maybe faulty

Check fuse No 7 (16 amp), this supplies power to the duo valves.
