bonding glass to metal bracket
not mercedes related but most probably this forum is the best place for an answer. The vehicle is a plymouth voyager 1996 whose rear quarter vent glass has somehow unbonded from its hinge type brackets.
The adhesive that was there looks like urethane but is a little soft too as the bracket is not actually a hinge, its a flex type thing. What is the best thing for it

I'd look into using the glues used for mounting rear view mirrors to windshields.

The rear view mirror glue is very hard and very very thin and requires the metal piece to be completely smooth and flat, this bracket is perforated so glue can pass through it to stick nicely.
The total thickness of the glue bond is about 1/8 inch
