190e wont turn off
 

I did a really dumb thing while being in a hurry. I replaced my battery, Hooked up the pos. and just taped the neg. They were reversed. Im pretty sure the key was off. Every thing works fine except for one big problem. When I turn the key off the car stays running. I have to pull the coil wire to kill the car. I looked at the box behind the battery and it had a blown fuse that when I replaced it just made the SRS light in the dash go off. Please does anyone have an Idea what I did or heard of this before.
