Hello,
Does any one know if a trans from a 1986 300E will work in a 1994 E320?

They have different part numbers according to the dealer.

86 300E #722320 02 736461
94 E320 #722369 03 962108

I have the 86 as a parts car after it was side swiped and now need to fix my 94 as it has no reverse.

Does any one have a used trans mission for sale for a 94 E320?

i think it will fit.the bellhousing on the 103 and 104 engines should be the same.you will have at least one extra vac line on the right side on the trans to plug.
