Found Air Flow Potentiometer
 
Worn out pot on air flow sensor was causing lots of grief.

Supposedly Bosch quit distributing them, but I found one at

BMA Parts.

Car runs like new again

Was that a new or used part. If you have a source for new parts please let us know how to reach them.
