1991 300e blowr motor fan

i got a 1991 300e 3.0. everytime i turn the blower fan on, i can hear the fan on, but barely any air is coming through the vents.
i took apart the fan assembly in the engine compartment to make sure everything was fine, looked good.
i looked inside the car for any loose hoses, didnt find anything.
its starting to get annoying when turn the a/c on, the cold comes out the front vents, but barely comes out.
any ideason that?
thanks

You probably need to replace the vacuum elements (actuators) that are used to route the air through the various ducts. I bet most of the air is coming out the defrost vents. These things are a devil to get at. There are 7 in all.

but one thing is the air doesnt seem to be going anywhere else. i took part of the dash apart, sw the vent open for the front, i ever stuck my hand in there, not much air.i saw the condensor in there, or a small rad element, not sure what it was. but i did see the vacuum lines you are talking about, not alot of vacuum, when i unplugged some.
one thing i forgot to mention, then buttons on the dash for the blower are bypassed, there is a separate switch for it, with 2 speeds, but it does work good.

You probably saw the heater core.

Almost certainly you have doors not opening properly in the heater box, especially with your bypass feature. Did you bypass it control unit because it was malfunctioning somehow?

Could be vacuum pods. Could be the push button unit. Could be the switchover valve unit. Could be the vacuum source.

Make sure the blower motor is winding up. I had to replace my brushes and regulator last winter. I believe I blew the regulator by operating the blower motor to long with the bad brushes. It will begin to go real slow.

the guy i bought it from had the blower motor bypassed to a separate switch, that works. i reconnected it back to the main switch, but when i press the buttons on the dash, i just head vacuum lines clicking type of thing, but the blower doesnt engage. i think he has the whole thing bypassed. the cold air is coming through, and when i press other buttons to transfer the air to other vents, u can hear them changing..... but barely any air comes out of any of them.
i have a 94 e320, and its alot stronger than that.
