124 Third Row seat--install difficulty level

I would like to add a third row seat to 92 300TE that did not come with the 3rd row seat option. Do the seat and back cushions snap/bolt/mount easily?
Also, what is the difficulty factor in adding the 2 lap/shoulder belts in the back as well?
