False codes ?
 

Every time I check for codes on the DM since having the surge problem cleared up by my Indy, another strange code appears. First it was 12, then 10 and tonight 4,,,, and 4 won't clear. There has been no CE light, so I am just going to dismiss it as an aberation. Strange though.

I didn't read the entire thread about the surging problem...just enough to figure out it is the 320 that you are having problems with.
In case it hasn't been mentioned...Is the harness in good shape?

Sorry,,,, I forgot one of the basics. Yes the 320. I have cut the harness apart in various places and it seems like new yet. The thread was here,

Have had no CE lights and the car is running beautifully.

You can't get rid of pending codes until CE or drive cycles on DM.
Try this:
Disconnect bat for 10 min [ or step on brake] and reconnect bat.
Get radio code firsts.
