I just read your post in CarDudes thread and, since I didn't want to intrude on his thread, I thought I'd make a suggestion concerning your trunk problem. For one thing, I don't think it's the pump under your rear seat, but rather the one in the trunk in the upper left hand corner, behind the trunk pad. The one in the trunk controls the doors and the trunk lid. I had a similar problem, removed the pump from it's foam rubber box, opened it up and made a slight adjustment.
