fan clutch
Today I gave my fan a good spin when it was warmed up and it spun about three times beore it came to a stop. It does the same when I look at it when I turn off the motor too. Is that a clutch thats up to par?

Time to replace/refill. It's a fluid coupled widget that needs fluid. Search around for info on viscous fan clutch.
