Hi, I'm a new member referred to this site by a present member. I've read a bit of the responses/help that you give and think it's great that you help each other out this way.....

My question - I've found a 1991 300CE with 160K miles, it moves in reverse but not forward (a bit like a few other things I can think of - ).
Any suggestions on what may be the problem - est cost to repair. They are asking 1500 for it.

I'm interested in purchasing the '91 300CE depending on the estimated cost of transmission repairs.

I read some of the related links - namely with Lin - but maybe I missed the finale - last I read he was riding back home in the tow truck for the second time- the B2 piston not his problem......Did I miss something???
