I'd check to be certain....

that the car wasn't over-filled whith new oil. Maybe it is too full and being beaten to froth so the pressure drops at high speeds.

First of all...

is the oil level on the stick mid-way between the full and add marks after the car has sat level for 20 minutes. Was the filter changed out at the same time and was it done properly? If answer to these is yes, then maybe the pressure sender (sensor) has gone bad although this seems to be too much of a coincidence.

To answer the pressure question, full pressure is 3. My 420 idles at 1 1/2 to 2 and upon acceleration rides at 3 all the time. I concure that it is too much of a coincidence that the sensor happens to go out at the same time of your oil change.

Something is wrong and I would not drive it till it gets staightened out too avoid causing damage over something simple.

What kind of oil did you put in it?

And how many quarts did you use?

With the filter it should have been eight.

Hope This Helps!

If you are talking about the low oil level light, well first make sure the oil is at the correct level...Did you check the dipstick?

If it is well, the sensor is probably bad. My coolant level sensor did the same thing. Ignore it until the next oil change then change the level sensor, its cheap. If its really bothering you drain the oil and change it.

Lastly please type in complete senstences so we can understand you, thanks.
