Looking at a 1996 S420V-Any Advise?
 

I have been watching a 1996 S420V in Silver with a 128,000 miles.
Looks like highway miles from the condition of the seats, pedels etc.
Car shows good maintaince but I don't know much about this model, so any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Good engine, weak transmission, at least if you're looking for durabiltiy. That was the first year of the 722.6 transmission. It tends to be less durable than the 4 speed that it replaced, and has about twice the rebuild cost, but that shouldn't really be a deal killer.
