Shock ?

I have a leaking rear shock on 87 560sel, self leveling unfortunately.

Can i replace just the one as cost is prohibitive?

Sure... Often good used is more then viable with SLS rams.

I think I have one still sitting from a pair I broke up for just such an occasion.

You probably can, MB does not repace in pairs if one fails. I would check/replace the bushings.
