1989 300E 4dr huffing and puffing. Increasingly.
 

It was like that when I first started driving it (4 days ago), but it was mild. Now it's noticeable much louder.

Also, I put in brand new brakes all around less than a week ago. But the brakes squeal sometimes when I stop.

Also, theres some black, slightly greasy/powdery residue deposited on the panel behind the right (passenger side) rear wheel. Help anyone :(
