W124 ACC or diaphragms?

I couldn't get my AC to come on fully today which was a real pain since it was 105 degrees.

When I used to turn on the AC, I heard a clunk behind the dash and yesterday afternoon and today I got no full AC. I thought I smelled a wire insulation burning smell yesterday morning, which was stronger in the back seat. No smell in the engine or the trunk. That has me worried a bit.

Here is what I have coming from the vents:

EC cold:
cool center
warm sides
no feet

EC hot:
no center
hot sides
hot feet

AC cold:
hot and AC cold center
hot sides
no feet

AC hot:
no center
hot sides
hot feet

Bi-level cold:
AC cold center
hot sides
hot feet

Bi-level hot:
Same as AC hot

Def cold:
No center
hot sides
hot windshield
no feet

Def hot:
Same

Any ideas? I might just take it to my shop and have him take a look.

Thanks,
Craig
