Help identifying m103 rocker arm types

My camshaft has some wear, I have established that Brabus reprofiled the original M103 camshaft for more lift. My camshaft has the mercedes stamp followed by "103" and "22" below that, on the other side "AE2". My chassis number tells me that my camshaft is of the later, chilled cast iron type.
I want to know how to identify the rocker arms that accompany these as a MB breaker friend of mine has some good ones. Did the bearings change or just the rockers? What numbers should I look out for stamped on the rockers.

Modified rocker arms have a 2MM thick hardened material WELDED to the surface of the rocker where it contacts the cam.

Thank you M.B. Doc. It looks like my car does have the older style without the inserts afterall? What material was this? The pics also show the mod Brabus did to get manual lifters into the M103 rockers. They pressed in and welded a cylindrical piece of metal which was tapped to allow a screw type valve adjustment similiar to the early m102 cars.

Hardened cast iron... Make sure to put those rockers back on the SAME cam lobe they were removed from. otherwise....

You might think about having those surfaces polished & "hardened" by a cam re-grinder.

A camshaft grinder will be re-grinding my Brabus camshaft for the same lift although my engineer is in touch with him, not me. I assume if my engineer sends my rocker arms to him he can save my rocker arms?

To answer my own question, yes, to the tune of £196+VAT for the rockers, my camshaft re-profiling is costing me £225+VAT.
