1989 190e running rough.

This car was running perfect yesterday untill my wife did a U-turn and then it would not go over 30mph.. And then the car was acting like it was not running on all the cylinders... But when she shut the AC off it was able to get up to hwy speed but it still ran rough.. I thought it was hot but it did the same thing last night when it was cool out side. And I thought I would ask you guys if you might know what it was... I went and purchased a fuel filter for it too see if that was it. But now I have to find out where that goes..

Any help on this would be appriciated..

Thanks alot: Gene W.
