1992 230e various problems
 

I just bought my first 230e (1992, 230k kms) and after a month of driving I'm experiencing the following problems:
(A)Vibration
(1) heavy vibration in Reverse
(2) medium vibration as I approach corners or speedbreakers at low speed
(3) light vibration in D when I stop at the lights


(B) Temperature
(1) Aircon has been charged with gas and was fine for about a week, then it's back to poor performance
(2) Climbs quite high (80deg) occasionally when car is stationary

(C) RIDE
(1) first gear change (from 1st to 2nd gear) give quite a jerk but the remaining are smoother/ more acceptable


Advice on possible causes and solutions would be appreciated.
