Most likely, your front tires need to be "dynamically" balanced. Even if they were a short time ago, a 'weight' could have fallen off causing the steering wheel shimmy.
If the tires are new, then one could be out-of-round. . . or a wheel could be damaged. Common problem and it can be 'diagnosed' by most tire shops. The blower regulator has probably died; do a search in the forum and you will find a number of threads on how-to-fix-it. the other thing i noticed was that you have shaking under brakes this will be a warped brake rotor most probably the front.

Have you checked to make sure that the strip fuse outside of the fuse box is okay. I had no blower for over 6 months on my 560SEL when it blew, and with the forum's help I finally found it and fixed it.
Good Luck, Dave.

420 work in progress
Thank you guys for your help I going to have the tires checked out for the shaking.. I'm having a hard time to find the blower motor strip...I did however locate a 3 inch rectagular plug that has many contacts on it..it was near the fire wall on the drivers side pretty close to large fuse box...it seems like it could be opened. Could this be the fuse strip?
