190E Sunroof Electrical
 

The sunroof can be opened mechanically from the trunk. When you attempt to open it electrically, the radio turns off and the sunroof remains closed. You can hear the sunroof motor attempt to operate but apparantly doesn't have enough current. We've replaced the motor, as the PO said that her indy told her that that was the problem. Also, the relay at the motor and the switch in the car.

Has anyone experienced this problem or have any suggestions as to how we might remedy it? The CD for this car leaves much to be desired relative to schematics. Any help will be deeply appreciated.
