W124 Side Mirror indicators
 

I bought some side mirror covers with LED indicators.

Does anyone know the steps involved in hooking it up?

The wiring is straightforward. You'll be running a wire down behind the door cards, out the rubber grommet to the driver's and passenger's footwells and through the firewall to tap into the leads for the turn signals at the front corners.

You could also install the "euro" side repeaters at the same time for even more lighting special effects.

what are the door cards?

so do I have to take off the door panels?

I will get them done professionaly by the body shop. What do you think a fair price to do this would be? or labor hours?

Door cards = Interior door panels.

To run the wire from the mirror through the door and body grommets you should remove the interior panels for the door and footwell.
