How do I replace the driver's door window on a '91 190E
 

I found my driver's door window in many little pieces on the driver's seat yesterday. The cause of the break is a complete mystery.

I have a spare 190E (for parts) and thought I'd take the window from that (if the paint colors matched I might think of a door swap instead). I looked in my manual. This is the first time the manual has failed me. It has nothing about door window replacement.

How is a window removal (from the parts car) and then replacement accomplished?
