W208 front brake rotor replacement

Halfway thru a 4 corner pad/rotor swap on a '01 430 (65k miles), I have a problem..... Changeover on rear wheels to EBC drilled rotors and EBC green ceramic pads were no problem. 3-4 hour job and a number of whacks with a 3lb hand sledge, but no problem.

But getting around to the first front wheel, I can't get the bracket off that holds down the caliper (caliper itself readily came off). There are two 15mm bolts that hold the bracket to the suspension frame, but the bolts won't budge. Without getting this bracket off, the rotor cannot be removed. Any helpful hints or tricks on this one? I've tried WD40 to no avail. Thanks in advance for any help.

Heat is useful on some stuck bolts.
