W201 (190E 2.3) Driver's door lock actuator - vacuum and electric? (pics)
The driver's door lock actuator has stopped unlocking the car. I have been using the trunk lock which unlocks all of the doors fine.
I bought a replacement door lock actuator and it does not seem to be fixing thing. I was wondering if the electrical portion of the door lock actuator is my problem. Can I test the three pins and what should the voltages be? Or, is it a mechanical linkage problem between the door lock actuator and the door handle. Again, the trunk unlocks all of the doors, the drivers door does nothing. Thanks. - Blaine

Well, let me answer my own question. The problem was not the door actuator at all. (I now have a spare if anybody needs one)
The problem is that a little metal bit that connects the door key lock to the assembly with the remainder of the door lock broke.

I don't need the key. I'll take the part off of the other and use my tumbler.
How much and when can you ship? Send me a PM. Thanks! Blaine
