W210 Transfer Case leak
 

Hi, I found a little wetness on the transfer case of my 2003 E320 4Matic wagon. No drip but wet on the bottom.

I did searches about this issue but cannot seem to find answers to the following two question. (Attached is a diagram of the transfer case). I appreciate if you have experience on this.

1) Is there a gasket between the two halves? The EPC does not list one.
2) There is a oil plug way up there. Is it accessible without removing the transfer case? In another word, can transmission fluid be added to the transfer case?
